Sweet and Sour Fish
Take Telapia fillets. Marinate the fish with some salt, red chili and turmeric powder. Fry and set aside.
In a pan put oil. Put cumin seeds and do "jeera foron"- fry until they sputter. Then add onion paste and fry till golden. Add red chili, ginger, coriander, cumin pastes. Add whole red chillis. Keep stirring at high heat- in other words "koshao". Then add tomato ketchup and sugar. Oil should separate. Add the fish, stir lightly, and cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
