Ginger powder 2 tea spoons
Garlic powder 2 tea spoon
Red chili powder 1 tea spoon
Cardamom 4 counts
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Salt
Cumin Seeds
Tomato paste 2 table spoons
Tomato ketchup 2 table spoons
Green chilies 5 counts
Oil ½ cup

Cut the Cornish Chicken into small pieces. Add oil to pan and add the chopped onions and cumin seeds. Fry till onion is browned. Make paste with all the powdered spices or use paste if you have it. Add the spices to the onion. Fry for a few minutes. Then add the salt and the chicken and keep stir frying on high heat. Add the tomato paste. Keep stirring. Chicken will cook up as you fry on high heat. Add some water when needed, but not too much. When chicken is cooked, add ketchup and sprinkle with little sugar. Keep cooking for a few more minutes. Then add cilantro and it's ready!

1. Cut the chicken little big pieces.

2. Fry the onion and put all ingredients and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Now add chicken and cover the pan. Cook it in low hit. When the chicken will boiled put tomato sauce and green chilies. Cook it for 10 minutes.
