Chicken Pita Pockets



Dice 2 Chicken Breasts and put Shaan Sheekh Kabab Masala and marinate for an hour. Heat oil in a pan, put in chicken and fry on high heat till Chicken is done. Dice some bell peppers and put it in the chicken.

To make the sauce: mix one small container of plain yogurt, pinch of salt, black pepper, chopped mint, cilantro, one grated cucumber, one ... See Moretablespoon olive oil.

Get pita pocket breads, cut in half to make pockets. Heat the breads on the oven at 350 for about 5 mins. Then stuff in chicken and sauce. You can also add sliced red onions.
