Mutton Rezala (Mutton Stew)



This recipe is from Siddika Kabir

Put oil, yogurt, ginger, garlic and onion pastes on meat and put in a pot. Put in whole cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Turn on the heat and let it cook. Stir every 20-30minutes. I usually cook it for about 1.5-2 hrs to make the mat tender. When done, put in some kewra or rose water and stir on high heat. When done, add some food color to milk and ... See Moreput in the meat. You can make this with mutton, goat, or lamb.
