Brownie Cheesecake Cupcakes

I used Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix. Then in a muffin pan lined with cupcake wrapper, I poured in the brownie batter. I baked till it was firm but not cooked all the way at 350 F. I also made a cheesecake mix by mixing 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature, 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. BEAT cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over the brownie in each cup. Then bake till firm. I then let it cool and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hrs. Don't take off the paper lining until cool. Then I bought Whoppers (the chocolate malt ball candy) and put one on top of each. Also drizzled some chocolate syrup on top.
