Recipe from Missy...
Makes 15 cheesecake cupcakes.
2 boxes of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cups chocolate chips
15 Nilla wafers
Preheat oven to 350F
Take cupcake pan and line with paper liners.
Mix all ingredients (except wafers) in electric mixer. Place a Nilla wafer in each cupcake liner. Top by spooning in cream cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely before enjoying.
